Ronald has 30+ years experience working with Perception/Watermark/Confluence.  His variety of positions include QA manger, assembly manager, rotational molding manager and process technician.  Ronald also has 10 years of experience as a river guide on the Oconee River for Outdoor Adventures, Inc.

Favorite kayaking trip
"My favorite kayaking trip was the first time my son, Alex, successfully completed the Olympic course on the Ocoee River. He was only 10 years old at the time. I started training him to paddle when he was four years old. Of my 30+ years of paddling, this was the highlight of it all. One of the best feelings in life is passing the paddling torch."
