The evolution in sit-on-top kayaking begins with Triumph
Aug 23, 2011
A breath of fresh air to the sit-on-top world, the Triumph 13.0 proves that performance is not something only offered in a sit-inside kayak. This hull takes a few pointers from the touring line, making it speedier and easier to paddle than any other sit-on-top kayak on the market. Add molded-in features and enough adaptable versatility to allow a child to tag along too, and you have one smooth-cruising day on the water.
The Triumph 13.0's distinct hull chine and fine entry point lends performance to the touring-style hull without the confinement of a sit-inside cockpit, making it extremely adaptable for fishing, camping, bird watching or any other activity on the water. The buoyant, peaked deck sheds water easily and the flared bow directs water away from the paddler, lifting the bow over waves. Molded-in kid's seat, cup holders and molded-in spaces for rod holders add versatility and maintenance-free ease.
Designed to perform efficiently in the ocean swell, the surf zone, coastal waters, estuaries, lakes and rivers, this kayak is great for a family person who doesn't want to sacrifice performance, but wants the flexibility available in a sit-on-top kayak. It is great for casual touring and day tripping, fishing or for enjoying the outdoors with a young child.
